Speakers:
Gary Field, sales engineering manager at Zebra Technologies, has over 21 years of experience in the card ID industry. He holds six patents in the thermal printing/ID card area and was part of the design group that developed the first thermal printer for CR80 polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic cards.
Gary has a Bachelor of Science in engineering technology from the Southeastern Massachusetts University and is a member of the Document Security Alliance and American Association of Motor Vehicle Administration (AAMVA).
Jaime Silvar, supplies product specialist at Zebra Technologies, has over nine years of experience in the secure card industry, with extensive knowledge in card design, color palette capabilities, material composition, green-friendly initiatives, R&D developments and ISO compliance requirements. Previous to Zebra, Jaime was at Oberthur Card Systems, where he was responsible for product development of secure ID cards and technology cards.
Jaime holds a master’s degree in operations management from the University of Phoenix and is an active member of the International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA).
