Two business people shaking hands

Worldview and Emergency24 Partner for Remote Guarding

The strategic collaboration aims to help security dealers and monitoring centers scale proactive video surveillance services across the United States.

Two major security infrastructure providers have launched a strategic partnership aimed at helping dealers expand their remote guarding services to meet rising commercial demand.

Emergency24 and Worldview Monitoring announced the collaboration to combine their respective monitoring networks and operational experience. The joint initiative provides security dealers and monitoring centers with a structured framework to introduce and scale video-based security services while preserving their existing customer relationships.

As commercial entities increasingly seek proactive after-hours deterrence, many security providers have struggled to scale video surveillance deployment efficiently. The new operational model focuses on structured escalation and consistent service delivery to ensure that security accounts remain manageable as they grow.

According to leadership from both companies, video monitoring is rapidly evolving from a reactive tool into a proactive service category. The partnership will allow regional dealers to tap into a standardized delivery method, allowing them to offer faster intervention and greater visibility to their clients without overloading their current operational workflows.
