Does every man really count? Bringing his experience as an accomplished leader, innovator and communicator with nearly 25 years of experience in the special operations, medical and intelligence communities Mark Donald would know better than most how even the most remote individual from an engagement or activity plays a significant role in the outcome of operation.  A retired Every Man Counts!Navy SEAL and Physician Assistant his awards include the Navy Cross, Silver Star, Bronze Star for Valor, Purple Heart, Honduran Medal of Merit and many others distinguishing him as the most decorated Medical Service Corps officer in the history of the United States Navy.

Currently, Mark works as a private consultant and instructor for medical and special operations programs while devoting the majority of his time on service, veteran and wounded advocacy.  A proven and skilled facilitator, Mark serves on the Board of Directors and senior positions for a number of service organizations including the Military Order of the Purple Heart, OASIS Group and the UDT-SEAL Association where he is responsible for running a newly developed program providing association members and their families assistance during times in need.
