Nick Wooler has over 13 years of experience building software products for the F500 at companies such as Oracle, Sun Microsystems, MacGraw-Hill and iXL UK Ltd. Before joining 3VR in March of 2011, he was Oracle’s Principal Product Director in the Identity Management team, directing efforts for two leading security product lines, Directory Services and Access Management. He also co-led the Identity Management 11g Launch and the creation of the first CSO Event. Prior to Oracle, Nick worked at Sun Microsystems, playing key product management roles for Directory Services, OpenSSO and the initial release of xVM Ops Center. At MacGraw-Hill, he delivered a platform that provides research-based online assessment software for state-wide testing programs.
At 3VR, Nick drives product positioning and messaging for the Video Intelligence Platform, VIP, ranging from the award-winning appliances to the patented and market-leading video analytics.

Owen Shackleton was promoted to the National Director of Loss Prevention for 24 Hour Fitness U.S.A., Inc. in 2007. 24 Hour Fitness is the largest privately held Health Club chain in the United States with 424 current club locations. Additionally, they operate sixteen clubs overseas, in Hong Kong, Singapore and China, under the name California Fitness. The company is widely credited with changing the industry landscape by introducing a variety of innovations, including the first clubs to be open 24 hours a day and the first to introduce month-to-month and online memberships. 24 Hour Fitness has pioneered the concept of making fitness accessible, affordable and a way of life for everyone. Owen’s experience includes ten years with Emporium-Capwells Stores, a division of then Carter, Hawley Hale Inc., where he started as a Loss Prevention Manager and became Director of Loss Prevention. He held similar senior LP positions with Good Guys Electronics Stores, Esprit De Corp. and Gump’s Inc. Owen attended San Diego State University and majored in Criminal Justice Administration and minored in Business. He started his career with the San Diego Police Department. He served on the City of San Francisco’s Crime and Public Safety Council and was one of the founding Mediator/Arbitrators on the City of San Francisco’s criminal arbitration panels in conjunction with the American Arbitration Associations and Community Disputes Services Program. He has been a guest speaker on Retail Crime and Investigations for Bay Area Small Business Association, San Francisco Police Department, California State University, Hayward and Ohlone Junior College. Additionally, Owen has served on advisory boards for U.S.M.A. and The Network. He is currently active in the Bay Area Identity Theft Task Force as well as a long standing member of the International Association of Financial Crime Investigators Association.
