Sgt. James Tobin, is a patrol and safety officer and supervisor at Yavapai College in Prescott Ariz. He is involved major cases, student engagement and community outreach. He also serves on the Yavapai County mental health coalition and the county's domestic violence fatality review team. He is a volunteer board member of Rhonda's Stop Bullying organization in Prescott. He has been a police officer for more than 25 years. Sgt. Tobin has earned a bachelor of science degree in public administration from Northern Arizona University.
