Campuses are a No-Vape Zone
Statistics from 2022 indication that one in every 10, or more than 2.5 million U.S. middle and high school students currently use e-cigarettes. Vaping is a big problem in schools these days. Students are vaping in the bathroom, in locker rooms, in the hallways and even in class. This can be extremely disruptive and dangerous. Vaping is proven to be a gateway drug, and it can lead to nicotine addiction. More school districts are purchasing vape detectors with funds they are receiving through settlements from e-cigarette manufacturers. This technology detects chemicals in the air and notifies school staff that students could be vaping.
