Secure Strategy Group Formed

Rampart Partners LLC, a business consulting firm focused on the security industry, recently announced that its founders Robert Rutkowski and Joseph Costa are joining forces with Scott Greiper, formerly a managing director at Legend Merchant Group and head of the firm's Convergent Security Group. The three business and security industry experts have launched a new entity called Secure Strategy Group.

This new venture, Secure Strategy Group, is a strategic advisory firm dedicated to working with growth companies in the security and defense technology markets. With offices in New York City and Washington, D.C., Secure Strategy Group's focus is to provide financial and strategic assistance in order to back and build next-generation market leaders in these sectors.

"We intend to capitalize on the combination of each of our first-hand individual experiences as former security company operators and our intimate knowledge of the industry," Costa said. "This, along with a proven track record in the financial and investment arena and our thorough understanding of the security industry provides an ideal blend of skills and expertise that do not presently exist in the market."

"Our seasoned team offers security and defense companies an unrivaledcombination of valuable knowledge, specific industry experience and the expert guidance required by growing companies,” Rutkowski said. “Our collective experiences relating to understanding operational issues, technology, finance and how it is all interrelated are unique to this industry."
