Panasonic's Bill Taylor to Serve on SIA Board

Bill Taylor, president of Panasonic System Networks Company of America (PSNA), has been elected to the board of directors of the Security Industry Association (SIA).

The trade group for businesses in the electronic and physical security market, SIA protects and advances its members’ interests through various proactive activities, including legislative initiatives, market research, development of industry standards, and educational and trade show events.

“The SIA plays an important role in our industry, and I am excited about the opportunity to serve as a member of its board of directors,” said Taylor. “I look forward to working with my colleagues on the SIA board to help formulate the necessary roadmap to guide our rapidly evolving industry.”

At Panasonic, Taylor is responsible for a business unit that offers reliable, affordable and flexible solutions for communication, collaboration, security and office productivity. PSNA brings together the former Panasonic Systems Solution Company with the former Panasonic Communications Company of North America.
