Kwikset Smartcode 914 Deadbolt Wins Manufactures Excellence Award at CEDIA
Kwikset announced that its SmartCode 914 Deadbolt with Home Connect technology received a Manufacturers’ Excellence Award at CEDIA Expo 2013.
Kwikset's SmartCode 914 Deadbolt with Home Connect technology was one of 10 winners chosen in the “Best New Product” category. The winners were selected by a panel of home technology professional judges. They were subsequently honored at the annual Electronic Lifestyles Awards Celebration held on the Saturday of the CEDIA Expo, held this year in Denver from September 25-28.
This new version of the SmartCode deadbolt brings a range of enhanced design features with new certifications and capabilities to Kwikset’s innovative home automation security solution. It features a new exterior style and class-leading, reduced interior size for enhanced aesthetics inside and outside the home. Kwikset’s SmartCode deadbolts and levers with Home Connect technology integrate with home security and automation systems, allowing the locks to communicate with other wireless products in the home such as security systems and home entertainment systems.
