PVF Security Consulting Brings Affordable Background Checks to K-12 Campuses

PVF Security Consulting announced it has partnered with a nationally-recognized background investigation services firm to offer an affordable background check solution to U.S. K-12 school districts looking for improved screening of individuals needing access to students and school property.

“This visitor screening service also includes optional monthly monitoring of those requiring ongoing access to their local campus throughout the school year,” said Patrick V. Fiel, president and founder of PVF Security Consulting and a nationally recognized school security expert. “Schools count on the involvement of parents, guardians and other volunteers. But administrators need to feel safe about the people that come into contact with students. That requires a background check on every person that enters a campus. By working with a leading background investigation services firm, we can offer a very affordable, high-quality screening solution for individual schools or entire districts.”

The background checks offered by PVF Consulting will comb through more than 500 million criminal records from counties, department of corrections, administrative office of courts and sex offender registries from all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Guam and Puerto Rico. Also, included are national and international terrorism sources and more than 13 million photos.
