USA Security Services Inc. Acquires Advanced Security Systems Contracts

Advanced will become a division of USA Security, both of which are based in New Jersey

USA Security Services, Inc. has acquired the customer contracts and certain select assets of Advanced Security Systems, in Tenafly, N.J. Joseph E. Fiscella, the president of USA, announced the acquisition and described it as a "perfect fit" for USA's book of business. Advanced, established in 1976, with more than 2,000 accounts, operates on the fringes of USA's service area, and will increase USA's residential presence substantially.

Several Advanced employees will be relocated to USA's facility in Paramus, N.J. "We have been preparing for months for this acquisition," says Fiscella, chairman and CEO of USA. "I can remember Advanced being a formidable competitor in the 80s and 90s, and I am happy that Brian Kelly, president of Advanced, decided to look to USA, and its 50 years of experience, to make this deal."

Kelly plans to continue with USA in a sales and consulting capacity. Although USA provides security services, throughout New Jersey, the five boroughs of New York, and Rockland and Westchester counties in New York, the acquisition will strengthen USA's position in Northern New Jersey, and other parts of the state.

USA intends to bring all of its policies, procedures and expertise to the acquired customers of Advanced. The acquisition will be known as Advanced Security Systems, a Division of USA Security Services, Inc.

I have a picture somewhere in my garage collecting dust, of me sitting in the co-pilot seat. I know, old-man highlights, but still very cool. Read Now
