Vector Firm Appoints Vice President of Sales Management Consulting

Vector Firm is pleased to welcome Gannon Switzer as vice president of Sales Management Consulting. In his role, Switzer will deliver Vector Firm’s Sales Execution programs and Sales Management Playbook modules to the firm’s clients, which are primarily system integration companies and their technology partners. Since its inception in 2010, Vector Firm has built a solid reputation for creating intelligent strategies, repeatable processes, and effective tools that position sales and marketing professionals to significantly surpass their goals.

“I’m thrilled to have Gannon join our team,” says Chris Peterson, founder and president of Vector Firm. “His experience, talent and desire to coach leaders and salespeople made this decision a no-brainer. Because of his background in teaching, selling, and executive management, our clients will benefit greatly from him leading our Sales Management Consulting practice.”

Switzer brings to Vector Firm 20 years of industry experience. He served as a manufacturers’ rep before taking on key leadership roles in the systems integration sector. His positions as branch manager, director of sales, executive vice president and president of diverse $5 to $125 million dollar companies has equipped Switzer with a broad perspective and range of experience not shared by many in the industry. A former high school teacher and coach, Switzer is energized by sales enablement and organizational health. His skills in strategic planning and workshop facilitation have made him a frequent guest on industry panels, podcasts and webinars.

“I have been a believer and proponent of Vector Firm’s philosophy from day one,” Switzer says. “I have seen first-hand the benefits to sales professionals and managers that execute on Vector Firm’s principles and I am excited to have the opportunity to work with integrators and manufacturers across the industry, helping them differentiate themselves and grow their businesses.”
