Honeywell's Total Connect suite of digital communications services allows users to use the Internet, PDAs, cell phones and video cameras to stay connected to their homes and businesses. Basic services include SMS- and Web-based remote system control and e-mail notification of non-critical events. Users can control their security systems via a virtual keypad using any Web browser, compatible PDA or Web-enabled cell phone. With enhanced services, consumers can receive video notification of system events.
