AMAG Technology’s Symmetry Edge Network Controller provides IP distributed intelligence at the door for a complete IP-based access control solution that operates with the Symmetry Security Management System. PoE provides up to 700 mA of power and eliminates a separate power supply and excessive cable usage. The product operates as the controller but provides access control capabilities at the edge of the network. The product supports up to 50,000 credentials and 10,500 offline transactions.
