FLIR Systems’ ThermaTrak™ is a high-tech service developed with GadgetTrak® that locates missing or stolen infrared cameras and thermal imagers. The system employs recovery software that pinpoints the geographic location of the lost, stolen or missing infrared camera. The ThermaTrak software embedded in the camera tracks the IP address, hostname and Internet service provider being used after an IR camera has gone missing or been stolen. The software is used for asset management when multiple cameras are deployed in the field.
