Intrepid Sensors

Southwest Microwave’s Intrepid sensors provide outdoor perimeter security through a single-platform network. The line includes the MicroPoint II fence detection sensor and the MicroTrack II buried cable sensor. Both sensors feature a target location to 10 feet and a software-based zone assignment application that ties into CCTV presets. The K-band MicroWave 330 digital microwave link is equipped with an 800-foot detection range and six field-selectable modulation channels with microwave path monitoring. The sensors network via an RS-422 data interface.
