Talk-A-Phone’s ETP Series Emergency Phone Wall Mount, designed specifically for mass transit applications, features an emergency trip button, which can cut power to the tracks and halt oncoming trains. Only authorized personnel can disengage the button using a special key. When a user pushes the “Info” button on the faceplate, the analog or IP phone automatically dials a pre-programmed number that connects to an operator. The company’s all-LED Blue Light is housed inside the mount, granting visibility at large distances.
