The Passport 1000, designed specifically for campus environments, combines magnetic stripe, PIN code and HID Proximity or iCLASS card technologies in a single lock. The lock offers a cost-effective migration path for users looking to transfer to higher security credentials. Available in Wi-Fi and PoE versions, the lock takes advantage of existing network infrastructure to provide easier installations. The unit uses the company’s PERSONA Campus or approved third-party software to integrate into existing enterprise, transactional and housing systems.
