Compact IP Video Intercom

Viking’s X-205 Series of intercoms provide HD IP video and two-way voice communication - all wrapped up in an attractive compact chassis. The intercoms feature a built-in HD video camera with H.264 video compression, low light sensitivity, and a wide viewing angle. Dual 1080p video streams can be viewed on a desktop monitor or IP video phone; with data stored locally on an NVR or remotely with a cloud storage provider. A built-in auto dialer activates when the call button is pressed and will cycle through up to 5 pre-programmed phone numbers on busy signal or no answer. The intercoms feature an on-board relay with settings for access control, activating lights, or triggering door chimes and other relay-activated devices. The X-205 intercoms are PoE powered and connect using an RJ-45 connection with CAT-5e cable. The units are ONVIF compliant and programmed via web UI. For outdoor applications, models are available with Enhanced Weather Protection - designed to meet IP66 Ingress Protection Rating. The X-205 Series features an attractive compact surface mount chassis that is available in three different finishes: brushed stainless steel, oil-rubbed bronze, or textured black.
