Joe Young, Director of Cloud Monitoring Services at G4S
Joe Young is the Director of Cloud Monitoring Services for G4S. He oversees technology, strategy and innovation for the G4S Secure Integration managed services division which is backed by a UL listed, CSAA five diamond monitoring center located in Burlington, MA.
Prior to joining G4S, Joe spent two years as Senior Manager of Technical Services and Solutions at OfficeMax. There, he built the IT Managed Services organization and strategy. Joe was responsible for developing the product services portfolio and built a high performance pre-sales engineering team who assumed the role of “trusted advisor” to IT clients, delivering a full lifecycle management of IT assets.
Joe started his career at Tyco Integrated Security where he had the opportunity to take on multiple roles. Over the course of 13 years, Joe worked his way to an IP systems manager by designing complex IP solutions. He concluded his tenure at Tyco as a subject matter expert for their Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) offering.
Joel Richman, Director of Technical Services for G4S Secure Integration
Joel Richman is Director of Technical Services for G4S Secure Integration, and is involved in the technical strategy of the G4S Secure Integration managed services division.
Joel has over 30 years of experience in the IT and security industry. Prior to joining G4S Secure Integration as Director, Technical Services he was Chief Information Officer and founding investor with Integrated Security & Communications of PA, during company launch he had direct oversight of the company’s strategic technological direction, including designing and instituting all IT functions, processes, and operations for the new business Prior to starting ISC and Innovative Healthcare Services, LLC, Joel held the position as Vice President, Tyco Integrated Security (formerly ADT Security Services), and led teams responsible for high level systems integration projects across North America.
He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and was one of the original founders of Security Services & Technologies, SST was acquired by ADT Security Services in July 2008. Joel has held positions in all operational facets, from merger and acquisition integration, security architecture and deployment of systems to organizational planning and execution.
