Mr. Lackey has more than 17 years’ experience in security and loss prevention. His career has also afforded him the opportunity to train employees across different markets and subject matters.

Part of the UKMC staff for three years, Mr. Lackey has been the security manager for the past two years. Prior to his current position, Mr. Lackey was a safety manager at Lowe’s, a security officer at Olathe Health, and a loss prevention investigator at Balls Foods. He also served as the senior Target protection specialist.

Mr. Lackey attended Longview College, and has a post certification at a regional police academy. He is licensed in advanced interview and interrogation, and is a member of the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety.
