Andrews International Announces Acquisition Of Seventrees Corp.

Andrews International, a full-service provider of security and risk mitigation services recently announced the acquisition of Seventrees Corp., a specialized uniformed security, personal protection, special event security and training services company, based in Benton Harbor, Mich.

Andrews International is continuing its growth strategy of organic business development, alliance building and acquisition to become one of the fastest growing security and risk mitigation services in the country. With revenues exceeding $190 million Andrews International was recently ranked as the fifth largest U.S.-based private security firm.

Fred Foster, CPP, will become vice president of the Midwest region, reporting to Ty Richmond, co-president and COO of Andrews International.
