Greenpeace: SAMSUNG Continues to be Environmental Leader
SAMSUNG | GVI announced Wednesday that SAMSUNG Electronics has increased its score from 6.9 to 7.1 in the Greenpeace International "Guide to Greener Electronics" by "committing to reduce its absolute emissions of greenhouse gasses, despite growth in the company's sales." Therefore, we use recycled paper on all of our business cards, catalogs, brochures, packaging and other paper goods used in production. Since Samsung Electronics already complies to RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) directives in production, a growing consideration of more and more companies in the Americas, we can assure our customers that our solutions already meet such standards."
