Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies Partner With PSA Security Network

Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies recently announced that PSA Security Network, the world’s largest electronic security cooperative with more than 285 locally owned and operated offices, is in the process of launching the Schlage reader and credential product line with their member integrators.

Products include the Schlage SXF proximity readers and credentials, which support 125 kHz proximity card technology and are compatible with industry standard proximity technologies including HID, GE/CASI ProxLite, XceedID and Schlage proximity.

“Now leading integrators throughout the nation will have increased access to Schlage proximity readers and credentials, enabling them to provide their customers with the flexibility to use and intermix proximity readers from multiple manufacturers via the Schlage SXF Series,” said George Nortonen, Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies vice president of sales, integrators/business partners. “We look forward to working with PSA Security Network and its many integrators whose customers are demanding access control components with open architectures that integrate with their existing and future systems.”

“Schlage is a trusted and respected name in the security industry and PSA is pleased to have them in our product portfolio,” said Bill Bozeman, president and chief executive officer of PSA. “The objective of PSA is to offer security system integrators the best options at the best possible pricing. With the addition of Schlage readers and cards, we have once again added a powerful price performer to the PSA family of security products.”

A joint training program has already begun and customers may order the Schlage SXF Proximity Series through their PSA Security Network affiliated integrators now.
