MorphoTrak Launches New Biometric Access Control Readers

MorphoTrak will be presenting the MorphoAccess J-Series biometric access control readers at ISC West.

The MorphoAccess J-Series, in addition to MorphoTrak’s full suite of access control and time and attendance products will be demonstrated this week at Booth No. 18109.

The MorphoAccess J-Series fingerprint-based physical access control reader is a fully waterproof IP65 unit. This latest generation reader is packed with features such as Wi-Fi connectivity, capacity for 500 to 3,000 users, MIFARE and DESFire card readers.

“Our new line of readers provide our customers with all the benefits of our many years of biometric research and innovation within Sagem Sécurité in a stylish, easy to install design,” said Daniel Vassy, president and CEO of MorphoTrak.

Also on display will be the MorphoAccess 500+ Series reader featuring an on-board capacity for 3,000 to 50,000 users, Wi-Fi capability, both MIFARE and DESFire card readers, as well as one, two, and three factor identification. This reader also comes in an IP-65 rated ruggedized version for outdoor use with optional fake finger detection and ability to withstand extreme temperatures -40 to122 degrees Fahrenheit..
