Stanley CSS Purchases Pyramid Alarm Inc.

Stanley Convergent Security Solutions Inc. (Stanley CSS) recently announced the purchase of the alarm business of Pyramid Alarm Inc., a security company headquartered in Lansing, Ill.

Pyramid Alarm has been in business since 1978 and has expertise in installing, servicing, inspecting, maintaining and monitoring intrusion alarms, fire alarms, access control and video surveillance systems. 

The purchase of the business operations includes commercial, residential and municipal customers in the Illinois and Indiana markets.  Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
