Honeywell Adds Sales Manager, Marketing Director

Honeywell has appointed Scott Ferguson regional sales manager for video products and Paul Ratcliffe as director of marketing for the Security Group's Systems business.

Ferguson will help drive growth of products and solutions in Southern California and Hawaii. His primary focus will be driving sales through dealer conversions, loyalty programs, IP solutions, and support of the company’s channel partners. He has more than 15 years of industry experience, including a successful track record as security systems integrator selling complex video and access control systems for hospitals, municipalities, ports and utilities. He is a member of ASIS and International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety.

Ratcliffe will be responsible for leading marketing strategy development and implementation. He joins the company from Harris Corporation in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he was the global director for their radio and TV transmission products, responsible for the execution and achievement of strategic planning, global product management and operational support for their transmission business. Prior to this, Ratcliffe held marketing leadership roles at General Cable Corporation, Delphi, and Ingersoll-Rand Company.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Purdue University, a master’s degree in business administration from University of Indianapolis, and he served in the U.S. Army Reserves for nearly 10 years. He will be based in Louisville, Ky.
