CertiPath Names New Chief Financial Officer

CertiPath has hired Tina Davis as its chief financial officer. She will be responsible for the company’s accounting, financial, legal and administrative operations.

"Identity assurance and physical access control continue to be increasingly complex problems that businesses face," Davis said. "CertiPath is tackling those challenges head-on, and I'm excited to work closely with the team and contribute to the company's success and growth."

Davis brings nearly two decades of experience helping public and private technology businesses manage finances and optimize operations. Before joining CertiPath, Davis served the last five years as CEO and president for Accounting & Business Consulting Inc. where she specialized in providing financial leadership for start-up companies.  Before that, Davis was the director of finance for Cox Communications of Northern Virginia for six years.

Davis has a BBA degree in accounting from James Madison University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
