Visonic and Vivotek Share Technologies for Enhanced Solutions

Visonic Ltd., a developer and manufacturer of wireless home security and safety systems and components, has announced its technology partnership with Vivotek. Visonic’s PowerMaxExpress QuickFit Kit solution works in perfect synergy with many Vivotek cameras to deliver an enhanced surveillance solution.

Specifically, the QuickFit Kit provides broadband IP solutions for event notifications and video alarm verification. It’s designed especially for system integrators and central monitoring stations and delivers a wireless, pre-enrolled broadband-based security and surveillance system that requires zero programming and installs in minutes.

Vivotek cameras provide a perfect fit because they’re fully dedicated to IP surveillance and feature the latest technology standards from HD to megapixel, H.264 to ONVIF. Advanced technology and complete optoelectronic integration allow users to easily view, control and manage all networked cameras using a standard Web browser or surveillance management software from any networked computer. These two compatible technologies make the Visonic/Vivotek marriage a blissful one for surveillance applications.

“Visonic is a leader in electronic security systems and components, and we’re happy to partner with them to offer our comprehensive IP camera solutions to the market,” noted Harry Hu, president of Vivotek USA. “We’ve found great success together on recent projects and look forward to partnering with them on many more to come.”
