Graybar Promotes Bob Lyons to Senior VP for U.S. Business

Graybar, a distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and a provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, has appointed Bob Lyons to the position of senior vice president, U.S. business, effective April 1, 2011. Lyons will replace Dick Offenbacher, who will be retiring after nearly 43 years with the company. Both Offenbacher and Lyons serve on Graybar's Board of Directors, though Offenbacher will resign from the board upon his retirement.
 
A Graybar veteran of nearly 32 years, Lyons currently serves as district vice president of Graybar's Tampa district. In his new assignment, he will oversee Graybar’s field organization throughout the United States.

Reynolds Jr., Graybar's chairman, president and chief executive officer.
