AMAG Technology Promotes David Higgs to Director of Technical Support

AMAG Technology, a security management system provider encompassing access control, IP video and intrusion detection, has promoted David Higgs to director of technical Support. As director, David will manage all aspects of AMAG's technical support department nationwide, as well as will also support the pro-services department and manage software support agreement functions.  He reports to AMAG Technology’s vice president of technical services, Ray Payne.

"We are growing as a company, and I am excited to tackle the challenge of managing technical support on both the East and West coasts," Higgs said. "Our customers will benefit from our new office and expanded training."

"We are continuing to build the technical support group in Torrance, Calif., and Washington, D.C.," Payne said.  "Our charter is to build an A-plus technical support department, and David is instrumental in driving this goal."
