Neighborhood Burglary Alerts to Be Launched at ISC West

SmartleadsUSA LLC will launch a new marketing initiative for residential security dealers.  The company is a direct-mail marketing agency that has secured exclusive usage of residential burglary data for use in its burglary alert program for approximately 175 markets nationally.

The company will be using its patented technology to allow security dealers to access a full, turnkey program that will mail out notifications to the 100-closest homeowners surrounding a recent residential burglary.  The program will refer to the burglary by street name within the mail piece, and reference the source of the data as well as an inducement for neighboring homeowners to sign up for future burglary alerts via email for free.  The opposite side of the mail piece will feature a home security sponsor that will have the exclusive opportunity to market their products at this relevant time.  The product will be delivered via direct mail each week on an oversized 6”x11” postcard.

“We are excited to be able to offer this new product to the security industry,” said Brad Kent, CEO of SmartleadsUSA.  “Marketing is all about timing and relevance. This service allows a security company to simply subscribe to a geographic area, and every time a burglary occurs, the neighborhood will receive a notice and their offer.”

SmartleadsUSA’s data partner is adding new cities each week and hopes to have a much larger footprint by the year’s end. The company will be launching the product at ISC West in booth number 16147.
