Talk-A-Phone Certifies Eight More Companies in Mass Notification

Talk-A-Phone announced that Midstate Security Company (Grandville, Mich.), SimplexGrinnell (West Chester, Ohio), Point One Electrical Systems Inc. (Livermore, Calif.), Delta Wireless Inc. (Stockton, Calif.), Acme Security Systems (San Leandro, Calif.), RFI Enterprises (San Jose, Calif.), Valley Communications Inc. (Sacramento, Calif.) and Johnson Controls (Haywood, Calif.) have successfully completed Talk-A-Phone’s Mass Notification certification program.

Recent classes took place in Indianapolis and Sacramento, offering partners a hands-on experience setting up and configuring a WEBS Contact mass notification server. Participants also learned proper techniques for configuring the layered mass notification system, setting up notification zones and creating notification profiles for weather emergencies, manmade disasters and other crisis response-evoking activities.
