Avigilon Integrates with Software House C.CURE 9000 Security and Event Management System

Avigilon announced that its award-winning Avigilon Control Center enterprise network video management software (NVMS) with HD Stream Management has been integrated successfully with the Software House C.CURE 9000 security and event management system for improved enterprise security management.

Avigilon Control Center Enterprise NVMS includes a number of integration options that enable the exchange of HD, IP-based, and analog surveillance video and other physical security systems to improve decision-making, reduce costs and augment overall security. Making full use of Avigilon Control Center HD Stream Management, the C.CURE 9000 and Avigilon Control Center integration merges the management functions of access control and HD video surveillance to link video and events for improved response times. The integrated solution also enables customers to view, search, and play back video directly from the C.CURE 9000 monitoring station.

"The extended flexibility and openness of Avigilon Control Center allows security professionals to manage integrated security and event management systems that leverage existing infrastructure and personnel investments," said Rick Ramsay, product manager at Avigilon. "Combining Avigilon Control Center with the C.CURE 9000 access control solution enables the association of HD video with relevant security events such as forced doors, ID badge swipes, and intercom activation to deliver immediate verification and improved security management."

"C?CURE 9000 is a leader in access control for large stadiums and critical infrastructure sites. The Avigilon Control Center integration provides security directors with even more video integration options and continues our focus on building the open-platform C.CURE 9000 into the market leader in integrations," said Warren Brown, director of product management for Software House technologies.
