Protection 1 Names New Area Vice President for National Accounts on the West Coast

Protection 1, the second largest electronic security company in the United States, has appointed Keith Moreman as area vice president for national accounts on the west coast.

Moreman comes to Protection 1 from ADT Security Services where he spent the last 10 years, most recently as the commercial area sales manager for the Rocky Mountain region, leading seven managers and 55 account executives across nine states. Prior to that, Moreman served in area manager roles in New England, northern California and the Pacific Northwest. He's also held various field operations roles in sales and installation and branch management in multiple markets across the country. Prior to joining ADT, he held sales management positions with WorldCom and Compaq.

“Keith brings with him a thorough understanding of many facets of the security business,” said Bobby Dale, Protection 1 senior vice president of sales. “His extensive management experience and industry knowledge will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow in this area.”

“This is an exciting time to be with Protection 1,” Moreman said. “Explosive growth in our national account sector combined with the ability to provide same-day service and the removal of the auto attendant has us positioned to provide nothing short of spectacular service to our national account customers. I’m thrilled to be part of this dynamic team, and I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth in the national account arena.”

Protection 1 provides installation, maintenance and monitoring of single-family home security systems, business security systems and multifamily security systems.
