Alvarado Adds Jersey Native to Sales

Alvarado, manufacturer of turnstiles and secured entry solutions, has named Len Marano as its new sales representative for the northeast region. Marano brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and management to Alvarado.
Prior to joining the company, he served as northeast regional sales manager for Boon Edam where he developed a rigorous presentation schedule to establish and maintain contacts within the architectural community. Previous positions include program manager for Lucent Technologies and regional sales manager at Mitsubishi Chemical. In both positions, Marano's hands-on approach, sales skills and product expertise enabled him to provide value to his clients and growth that exceeded company goals.
"The northeast is a key territory for us," said Nick Simon, national sales manager. "It requires a very focused approach from someone who understands the market and can identify regional opportunities. Len is tenacious about making sure everyone understands exactly what is needed and then monitors the job until completion. We're excited to have him on board and are sure our customers will enjoy the level of
expertise he brings to the table."
Len Marano's territory will include New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Jerry Lasecki will continue to serve Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Canada.
Ron Lam will continue to serve Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and Eastern Pennsylvania.
