MorphoAccess VP Series Combines Finger Vein, Fingerprint Recognition

Morpho (Safran group) introduces the MorphoAccess VP Series, a range of physical access control terminals integrating its ground-breaking multimodal technology combining finger vein and fingerprint biometrics.

Suitable for authentication or identification, these stylish, easy-to-use terminals bring the benefits of finger vein/fingerprint multimodality to physical access control systems.

This new multimodal technology guarantees unrivalled levels of security, accuracy and performance as compared with monomodal biometric devices. Morpho’s terminals are PoE and Wi-Fi capable and have received FBI PIV-IQS and IP 65 certifications.

“We are proud to be a step ahead of the competition, bringing the first multimodal vein and fingerprint device to the physical access control market,” said Jean-Paul Jainsky, chairman and CEO of Morpho. “This demonstrates our leadership in biometric technologies and our capacity to provide solutions to ever-evolving market needs.”
