Steven W. Alesio Elected to Altegrity Inc. Board of Directors

Steven W. Alesio has been elected to the Altegrity Inc. board of directors and to the boards of directors of certain of its parent companies and subsidiaries. Altegrity is a Providence Equity Partners portfolio company that provides investigative, security and training services to federal government and commercial clients. Alesio is currently a senior advisor of Providence Equity Partners.

Prior to joining Providence Equity Partners in 2010, Alesio was chairman of the board and CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Corp., a provider of credit information on businesses and corporations. He held these positions from 2005 until his retirement from the company in 2010. From 2001 to 2005, Alesio served in various senior leadership positions, including senior vice president, president and chief operating officer, and was elected to the board of directors. Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet in 2001, Alesio spent 19 years with the American Express Co., where he served in marketing and general management roles.

Alesio is currently a director of CDW and Genworth Financial. He is also the founding sponsor and senior advisor of the All Stars Project of New Jersey, a non-profit organization focused on inner-city youth.

Alesio received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of science degree from St. Francis College in New York.
