Indigo Identityware Announces Biometric Authentication for Healthcare

Indigo Identityware Inc. has announced a collaboration with MorphoTrak, a subsidiary of Morpho, Safran group’s security division.

MorphoTrak’s biometric technology combined with Indigo’s proprietary Identity and Access Management solution will ensure healthcare providers seamless access each time they authenticate into their desktop and electronic medical records system .

“We are thrilled to partner with MorphoTrak,” said John Woodward, COO of Indigo Identityware. “Indigo is fully integrating MorphoTrak’s biometric readers into our healthcare solution as a professional grade alternative to other solutions currently available. We have found that the use of biometric authentication using Indigo’s solution has increased providers workflow processes significantly through the time they save by replacing username and passwords with the simple touch of a finger.”
