Paul Ruflin Joins PreEmptive Solutions as President and COO

PreEmptive Solutions, a provider of software and managed services to monitor, measure and protect applications across cloud, on-premise, Internet and mobile platforms, announced that Paul Ruflin has joined the company as president and COO.

“Paul’s experience in bringing high technology solutions to large markets makes him the perfect fit for helping to take PreEmptive to the next level,” said PreEmptive Solutions CEO Gabriel Torok. “Our analytics and protection solutions are running across platforms and industries and trusted by thousands of developers worldwide. Ruflin’s previous roles include COO of Cap Gemini North America, CEO of Eclipsys and as president/COO of Noteworthy Medical Systems. Ruflin also serves on the boards of Vitalize Consulting Solutions, Walsh University and DanceCleveland.
