G4S to Give Away New iPad 2 to 10 ASIS Attendees

G4S Secure Solutions, a global provider of comprehensive security solutions combining technology, manpower and innovation, will give away the new iPad 2 to 10 attendees at the ASIS show this month in Orlando. Winners will be drawn from attendees who pick up iPad entry cards at the G4S booth and get them stamped by G4S security officers at the show.

To win an iPad 2, attendees must have their entry cards stamped with all three elements G4S provides to customers – “technology,” “manpower” and “innovation”. Completed cards must be returned to the G4S booth to be eligible for the iPad drawing. Full information on the promotion will be available in the G4S booth (#3325) at the ASIS show on Sept. 19 to 21 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

“It’s great to involve our security officers when we are promoting our brand,” said Drew Levine, president, G4S Secure Solutions. “They represent G4S and are our best ambassadors to our customers.”

At ASIS, G4S will be showcasing its new business model for integrated security solutions combining manpower, technology and innovation. Several technology breakthroughs will be featured, and as always, G4S security officers will be front and center at the booth.

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
