Altronix Introduces WayPoint Outdoor Power Solutions

Altronix, a manufacturer of low voltage power supplies and accessories for the professional security industry, has introduced a new line of outdoor power solutions here at ASIS 2011.

WayPoint Outdoor Power Supplies deliver added functionality and system versatility in a variety of models offering a complete power solution for outdoor security and video surveillance products.

"Altronix's new WayPoint Outdoor Power Supplies feature a purpose-driven design that combines all of the attributes professionals need for reliable operation along with ease of installation," said Alan Forman, presidentof Altronix. "The units' versatility provides system designers and installers a better power solution for outdoor applications."

WayPoint Outdoor Power Supplies are designed to operate single or multiple cameras or devices. WayPoint offers both 24VAC and 28VAC simultaneously, or 12VDC or 24VDC with features that include 115VAC/230VAC or 277VAC input and LED power status indicators.

To ensure reliability in outdoor or harsh internal environments, all WayPoint models feature a lightweight IP66/NEMA4/4X rated outdoor enclosure with lockable stainless latches. Integral flanges provide easier handling and mounting.

The versatile WayPoint Outdoor Power Supplies carry Altronix's lifetime warranty and are proudly manufactured in the USA.
