Videx Plans Fun for Facility Decisions Attendees

Videx will showcase the CyberLock system of electromechanical lock cylinders, programmable keys and smart padlocks at the Facility Decisions show in Las Vegas, Oct. 11-12. The company has some fun things planned for attendees that visit their booth No. 613. Each visitor to the booth will be given an access code to present to a Flex access module. If an attendee’s access code opens the module, they win a prize. At the same time, their name will be entered in the grand prize drawing for a free CyberLock Access Control Starter Kit. The kit has one of everything needed to get started, including the full-featured access management software.

Videx also will introduce the new CyberLock Flex System Door and I/O module and offer demonstrations of the multi-functioned access module at its booth.

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
