ImmerVision To Showcase 360-Degree Innovations

ImmerVision, the inventor of the 360-degree panomorph lens and worldwide expert in immersive optical technology, will unveil the latest ‘ImmerVision Enables 360-degree Innovations’ at ISC West from March 28-30. Solutions from industry leaders like Milestone Systems, Sony and Moog Videolarm will be on display at booth No. 12119.

Capitalizing on ImmerVision’s revolutionary panomorph technology, Milestone has combined the advantages of blind-spot-free 360-degree views with motorized zoom capabilities of Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras. While monitoring activities with unobstructed 360-degree panomorph views, operators can now control PTZ orientation from the 360-degree image to zoom into precise details of a selected area with a simple mouse click in their XProtect® Smart Client.

“This new motorized PTZ control from a 360-degree panomorph view combines the advantages of birds-eye-view images with zoom-lens details. Without losing sight of the entire area, operators can zoom in on details with just one click, faster and more accurately than ever before,” says Henrik Friborg, vice president of strategic alliances and co-founder from Milestone Systems.

Also on display in the ‘ImmerVision Enables 360-degree Innovations’ showcase is Sony’s cutting-edge IPELA Hybrid camera, model SNC-ZB550. Equipped with a panomorph lens, Sony’s hybrid fixed camera is the first of its kind to easily and cost-effectively enhance surveillance coverage with HD and 360-degree technology, while allowing customers to preserve existing coaxial cabling infrastructure.

Attendees can also see Moog Videolarm’s new domed camera enclosure FDP75CF2N Outdoor Fusion that has been specifically designed to protect most major IP cameras equipped with panomorph lenses, even in harsh environmental conditions.

“We are impressed at how more world leaders are using ImmerVision Enables 360-degree technology standards to create innovative solutions that better protect people and assets by increasing efficiency of security operations,” said Alessandro Gasparini, chief commercial officer at ImmerVision.
