ClubReady Partners With Brivo to Offer 24-Hour Access to Health Clubs

Brivo Systems, a provider of cloud applications for security management, has a developed a software integration for ClubReady's health club management services so its health club customers can access their health club facilities 24 hours a day.

ClubReady is a web-based, club management service for fitness facilities that connects clients with trainers, service providers and club management to increase revenues, efficiency and improve client and employee satisfaction.

“We were looking for a company that could provide door access control via web services,” said Matt Mercurio, ClubReady's lead developer. “After extensive research, we found the Brivo ACS WebService and it was exactly what we needed.”

Mercurio said they wanted to make integration invisible to club owners and their clients.

"Once the hardware is installed, they don’t have to worry about the functionality of ACS WebService, they simply control their system using the ClubReady interface," Mercurio said. "Synchronization to the door hardware is nearly instantaneous.  A card can be provisioned for a member and is immediately usable at any of the doors managed by the system.”

With Brivo installed, ClubReady customers should be able to better track facility customers who haven't paid dues on time.

Using Brivo, ClubReady can manage unlimited doors for members. It can also manage internal doors to monotor how customers can access tanning and spa rooms.

In addition, the system sends texts or emails to ClubReady managers alerting them when clients have entered the building outside staffed business hours. ClubReady managers can also sign up for email alerts when doors are left open, the power goes out or unauthorized users try to enter the building.
