New Security Industry Job Board Introduced

Security Industry Recruiting Center has been launched by the SIA, ESA, and CSAA as an online resource to match qualified job seekers with security industry employers.

The security industry is faced with the challenge of having a shortage of qualified labor due to the fact that many potential employees are not aware of what the security industry has to offer. Security training can be a great alternative to a four-year degree because security professionals can earn as much as, or more than, college graduates.

The Security Industry Association (SIA), the Electronic Security Association (ESA) and the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) have teamed together to launch the Security Industry Recruiting Center, an online resource for matching qualified job seekers with security industry employers. The industry job board will help promote jobs to potential employees who are interested in being a part of the high-tech world. Anyone looking for employment is encouraged to post their resumes on the job board. Companies can post available career opportunities and review resumes that have been posted by job seekers.
