Access Control Products by Saflec Group Available in US and Canada

Saflec Group, from Johannesburg, South Africa, now has its access control products available to the market in North America.

Saflec Group has announced the commencement of marketing its access control products in the USA and Canada. In early 2012, Saflec introduced its Goldfinger high sensitivity precious metal detector product line to the American market at the annual Society of Mining, Metallurgy, & Exploration show in Seattle. The Goldfinger II precious metal detector is the most sensitive walk-through portal type metal detector on the market.

Saflec introduced its time-tested line of automatic access control products in America. The access control products have been protecting thousands of sites throughout the African continent for over twenty years. The latest generation uses state-of-the art microelectronics to deter even the most persistent attempts at unauthorized entry.

In late January 2013, Saflec’s National Sales Manager, Barend Keyser will be accompanying Goldfinger Global president Allen Taylor in calling upon and demonstrating the power and simplicity of the Saflec line to prospective distributors and installers.

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
