Berk-Tek Announces Reorganization

Berk-Tek announces organizational changes in the commercial division of their company.

Paul Trunk, president of Berk-Tek, a Nexans Company, has announced the following organizational changes in their commercial division:

· Phil Radics, VP of Sales, has been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Reporting to Radics will be Todd Harpel and Kris Lindley.

o Todd Harpel, previous Director of Marketing, is the new Director of Business Management, overseeing Product Management, Customer Service and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).

o Kris Lindley, previous Strategic Account Manager – Distribution, is the new Director of Channel Sales and Marketing whose staff will focus on on Distribution Sales & Marketing, Marketing Communications and Certified Contractor Programs.

· Eric Lawrence, previously VP of Emerging Technologies & Technical Director assumes the new title of VP of R&D and Advanced Marketing, reporting to Trunk. In addition to R&D, his responsibilities will include Advanced and Segment marketing, Product and Process Development, Strategic Alliances, Technical Marketing and the Data Communications Competence Center (DCCC).
