Samsung Techwin America has signed Carter Brothers as a strategic sales channel partner under its new Samsung Certified IP Partner Program (SCIP). Carter Brothers is a leading provider of electronic security, life safety and fire alarm systems with more than 35 offices across the country. The newly established partnership specifically targets the Federal Government space where Carter Brothers' experience will be especially valuable.
