The new i4 series is the first low-voltage, system-connected, combination smoke and carbon monoxide detection solution on the market. With the ability to integrate the i4 into conventional security and fire panels, end users can rest assured knowing they are getting a comprehensive life safety solution for homeowners to date.
The i4 series is available in 2-wire and 4-wire versions, both with photoelectric smoke and electrochemical CO sensing technologies. The required i4 Integration Module greatly simplifies installation. Since the module sits next to the panel, the system uses about 75 percent fewer wires. This translates into lower installation cost and time without sacrificing performance.
